Job description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions or outreach team at TARGET BOARD. The role involves calling prospective students or parents, providing information about our courses, and assisting with the admission process.

Responsibility

✔ Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries generated through campaigns, ads, or referrals. 
✔ Explain course details, admission procedures, and answer queries clearly and politely. 
✔ Follow up regularly with interested candidates to convert leads into enrollments. 
✔ Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel. 
✔ Assist in organizing admission drives, webinars, and promotional events via phone outreach. 
✔ Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. 
✔ Maintain a professional tone and uphold the institute’s reputation.

Qualifications

✔ Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (any stream). 
✔ Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / local language – specify as needed]. 
✔ Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel, email, and CRM tools. 
✔ Positive attitude, patience, and persistence. 
✔ Freshers may apply; experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
