Job description

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and efficient Study Material Typist to assist in creating academic content across various subjects. The candidate will be responsible for typing, formatting, and organizing handwritten or scanned notes, textbooks, or lecture content into digital documents (Word, PDF, or LaTeX formats).

Responsibility

✔️ Type and format academic notes, question papers, and other study material accurately. 
✔️ Convert handwritten or scanned documents into editable digital files. 
✔️ Maintain consistency in font, layout, and formatting. 
✔️ Proofread typed content for spelling and grammatical errors. 
✔️ Organize and manage digital files properly. 
✔️ Coordinate with content writers, teachers, or subject experts as needed.

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 30 WPM preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, or relevant word processing software.
• Basic understanding of academic formats and terminologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple subjects or projects.
