Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven YouTube SEO Specialist to optimize our video content for maximum visibility, traffic, and engagement. As part of the digital marketing team at TAREGT BOARD , you will play a key role in growing our educational YouTube channel and expanding our online reach.

Responsibility

✔ Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach and ranking. 
✔ Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis specific to YouTube and educational content. 
✔ Create and implement metadata strategies to improve video discoverability. 
✔ Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools. 
✔ Collaborate with video editors and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed during video production. 
✔ Design and maintain effective YouTube playlists, end screens, and info cards to boost watch time and user engagement. 
✔ Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes, SEO trends, and platform updates. 
✔ Suggest ideas for viral content, audience engagement, and channel growth strategies.

Qualifications

✔ Proven experience in YouTube SEO or video content optimization (portfolio or case studies preferred). 
✔ Strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, ranking factors, and SEO tools. 
✔ Hands-on experience with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Trends, etc. 
✔ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 
✔ Strong command of English (written and verbal). 
✔ Knowledge of educational content marketing is a plus.
